Sanya Malhotra Career
Sanya came to Mumbai in 2013 after completing her graduation to participate in the dance reality show “Dance India Dance” on Zee TV but slipped outside the top 100.
Later, failing in “Dance India Dance”, Sanya remained in Mumbai to try out her luck in acting and started to do various commercials.
Sanya gained fame with 2016’s biggest Bollywood smash hit “Dangal”. Where she played the role of Mahavir Singh Phogat’s daughter Babita Kumari. Babita Kumari had captured a gold medal in the Commonwealth Games in 2014.
Sanya competed at the auditions among some 10,000 girls to get the lead role of “Babita Kumari” in ‘Dangal‘.
Fatima Sana Sheikh & Suhani Bhatnagar used to live together at Aamir Khan’s old apartment in Mumbai during the filming of the Dangal movie Sanaya, along with Zaira Wasim.
She worked for a while at ‘Aamir Khan Productions. Sanya choreographed his film ‘Secret Superstar’ (2017) for Aamir Khan.
